Fans of Lady Gaga are having a hard time accepting the fact that they caught a glimpse of singer Miley Cyrus snubbing Gaga after she was announced as this year's winner for Best Pop Vocal Album for her record Mayhem.
The audience was seen rising to applaud her achievement, but while others cheered her on, Cyrus's expressions were not to be missed, as it was deemed to be one of the most awkward instances of that night.
Gaga made her way towards the stage, and while most other nominees stood in honor of the singer, Cyrus chose to remain seated and did not immediately join in on the applause to honor Gaga.
Cameras caught her neutral and very bizarre expression that is now going viral as she's seen whispering something into the ear of her fiancé at that moment in time.
Many fans took to social media to question Cyrus's behavior and why she didn't feel the need to get up and give her a standing ovation like others seated near her. Others dubbed the star cold and shady for her act.
