She arrived in the Cotswolds soon after on her private jet and was met at the Oxford Airport before heading to the luxury Estelle Manor hotel and country club.
41-year-old Hamilton reportedly joined her an hour later by using a helicopter for his grand arrival.
Insiders described the duo's time together as a very romantic affair, with the pair enjoying a private dinner, a couple's massage, and exclusive use of the spa facilities and staying in the same luxury accommodation.
