A recently leaked audio clip that was linked to the ongoing legal confrontation between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has given rise to another moment of public interest in their dispute.
The recording comprises a long voice note that was sent by Baldoni to the actress during production, in which he can clearly be heard apologizing several times and acknowledging in clear terms that he messed up after a disagreement linked to a certain scene in the film.

The nearly seven-minute-long voice note has the star expressing his admiration for Lively's creative input, attempts to smooth out tensions, and also admitting to his own mistakes.
He even acknowledges that he would apologize when or if he falls short. Moreover, the audio has been circulated widely on the internet and has drawn plenty of mixed reactions from the public. Some saw it as a sincere means of saying sorry, while others found the note to be excessive or even awkward.

Another unsealed audio clip from the actress was said to be recorded during the early part of 2023, and it was weeks before the film's shooting started.
This showed her addressing Baldoni as her friend and also explaining her struggles of balancing work with her family responsibilities. She even requested for more flexibility in the production schedule due to her fatigue linked to back-to-back movies and limited childcare support.
