Kylie Jenner made a surprise appearance at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, wearing a Fantasy Bra valued at an astonishing $50 million. The reality star and beauty entrepreneur made her runway debut for the lingerie brand on October 18, drawing attention to one of the most expensive pieces ever created for the show. But the price tag was only part of what made the look extraordinary.
Created by luxury jeweler Jacob & Co., the bra features 4,410 natural diamonds, including a spectacular 75.54-carat fancy vivid yellow diamond at its center. According to Vogue, the centerpiece alone is valued at $22 million. The design also incorporates diamonds in multiple cuts, including pear, heart, oval, marquise, radiant and round brilliant. Together, the stones transform a familiar piece of lingerie into an elaborate work of high jewelry.
Perhaps the most surprising detail is that the design contains no traditional fabric. Instead, the diamonds are set in gold structures engineered to move with the body. Creating the piece required more than 1,000 hours of work by 15 craftspeople. The finished design weighs just under four pounds, making its construction a significant technical challenge as well as a luxury fashion statement.
The appearance also marked the return of the iconic Fantasy Bra to the Victoria’s Secret runway for the first time since 2018. Previous versions were worn by well-known models, including Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima. This year, the brand chose Jenner, whose beauty business and enormous social media following have made her one of the most recognizable figures in celebrity culture.
Jenner walked the runway wearing the diamond-covered design with a gauzy miniskirt, clear heels and white feathered wings. Her boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, and her mother, Kris Jenner, were among those watching from the audience.
