Actress Hayden Panettiere was pronounced dead on Sunday at 2:32 pm in Greenville, South Carolina.
First responders initially received a 911 call reporting a woman in cardiac arrest, prompting emergency personnel to dispatch two ambulances to the residence.

Emergency crews administered epinephrine at the scene, which aligns with standard protocols for resuscitating patients experiencing cardiac arrest.

Authorities found a nasal Narcan device, used to treat opioid overdose, at the scene. It was found on a mattress inside the apartment. Since two ambulances responded to the location and no individuals were transported to a hospital, investigators have not yet confirmed who received the Narcan dose or whether multiple people were in distress.
