Popular Emmy Award-winning anchor Daniella Guzman has reportedly been suspended for a very controversial reason.
Sources say she allegedly accepted free tickets to the World Cup and also to a concert featuring Bruno Mars.
KPRC 2 in Houston found the behavior unacceptable and chose to suspend the news anchor Daniella Guzman on Wednesday after the station became well aware of reports that she got free tickets to a FIFA World Cup match in June and a music concert in April.
Guzman reportedly got the tickets from the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation, as per the statement shared online.
They added that they take such matters very seriously, as it has to do with potential conflicts of interest, as mentioned in the statement released by KPRC 2 today, as a pending investigation continues.
