Kanye West was recently seen settling an assault lawsuit that was filed by his former personal assistant, Laurent Pisciotta.
The 49-year-old rapper, who legally altered his name to Ye in the year 2021, reached an unconditional settlement with her on July 23.
Sources from local media outlets shared more about how a filing was recently submitted to an LA court on Tuesday, which boldly stated that Pisciotta would file a request to dismiss this case within a period of 45 days of the date that this settlement was made.
The matter was resolved, and the terms of the settlement were not revealed to the public. The assistant first sued in June of 2024 and alleged that she was the subject of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract between 2021 and 2022.
