Vanessa publicly disclosed her health diagnosis on social media, noting how was working closely with her medical team on a tailored treatment plan.
She then updated followers about how she had completed four weeks of post-surgery recovery and was now in the healing phase moving forward. Kai also shared how her mother's recovery was progressive but did note how she's preparing to enter the second stage of treatment.
