Shocking reports are speaking about billionaire Elon Musk being referred for criminal charges over $1 million in voter payout checks that he handed out.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission reportedly voted 5-1 to refer voter complaints against Elon Musk to the Brown County District Attorney's office. The bipartisan commission found probable cause that Musk might have violated the state's election bribery law during April of last year, when the state Supreme Court election was taking place.
The core violation says that under Wisconsin law, offering any person anything of value to induce them to vote is a serious crime.

Musk's political action committee, America PAC, awarded $1 million checks to three Wisconsin voters who signed a petition against activist judges during this judicial race.
