Justin Baldoni and his partner Emily have broken their two-year public silence and chosen to go public about their thoughts on their very notorious legal battle with Blake Lively.
The news comes right after the settlement of his high-profile legal case with Lively. And now, the couple was seen speaking their mind on the entire ordeal, including the trauma and great injustice they suffered due to the actress.
The issue started in December of 2024 when Lively sued Baldoni and alleged s*xual harassment and major retaliation. Baldoni denied all of those allegations and even rolled out a massive $400M defamation countersuit, which was soon dismissed.
Both parties did reach a settlement behind the trial, but Lively dismissed all of her remaining claims without getting any portion of the $300M she wished for in damages. This is where Baldoni was told he was victorious.
While the star dropped all of her primary claims, a federal judge ruled that she is entitled to get legal fees. Her team filed a claim in this regard and got more than $8 million in attorneys' fees. In the video, the pair expressed deep gratitude but acknowledged the major trauma they went through. They said it was unfortunate but have put that behind them and now are focusing more on personal healing, family, and faith.
