Erika Kirk was seen rushing out of a courtrom in Utah yesterday to avoid the shocking new footage that was shared regarding her husband's assassination.
The incident marks a bombshell moment in the case that could potentially seal the deal in terms of the verdict of the trial.
Kirk couldn't stop sobbing inside the Utah courtroom to avoid watching the graphic details shared of her husband's tragic assassination. This all took place on the opening day of the five-day preliminary evidence hearing in Provo for the accused killer.

Charlie Kirk was fatally shot in the neck during a campus event in September at Utah Valley University. Prosecutors were seen playing three videos detailing the gruesome moment he was hit by a hunter's rifle round fired from a rooftop 200 yards away.

Other bombshell footage showed Robinson hanging around the university campus hours before the event even began. He entered and exited at different points, and it was clear he was planning and plotting how he would carry out the assassination. In the end, he can be seen limping out of the campus with his bag and without anyone noticing.
