Actor Richard Gere and his partner gave fans a rare look into their family by rolling out pictures of their Fourth of July celebrations in New York City.
The pair celebrated the holiday with two of their youngest sons, Alexander and James.
The family seemed to be enjoying a very festive itinerary that also featured a boat trip to the Statue of Liberty as well as a relaxing beach picnic and a display of the most stunning nighttime fireworks. In a joint post shared through Instagram, Gere and Silva reflected on this holiday, mentioning how many people they love, and added that home is ultimately about the people carried in their hearts.
The holiday excursion arrives after the pair relocated from LA to Spain in 2024. The duo have been married since 2018 and also have kids from past relationships. Gere has been a very strong advocate of speaking the truth and as per his opinion living in the US under Trump is no longer worth it. That's why he's chosen to relocate to a place he says is brighter for the family's future.
