The star chose to post shirtless with his ripped body on display, and that paired well with his red shorts and white sneakers. He also gave a thumbs-up to the camera while posing with Hanson during the duo's usual gym session.
The star also shared two videos of him throwing jabs and uppercuts at Hanson inside the boxing ring. In that caption, the 39-year-old celeb mentioned more about how he's incredibly lucky to train with Hanson.
He also shared how Hanson is a brilliant teacher and really made complex movements appear so simple to him. And for that, he will be forever grateful as he continues his fitness and body transformation.
