Country music superstar Bailey Zimmerman is now facing felony charges after causing significant damage to a hotel room before his canceled concert.
The star is said to be facing a fourth-degree felony for criminally damaging the property and causing losses that exceed $16,000. He's also facing a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services despite the damage he had done to the hotel in New Mexico. This is right before he canceled his concert.
Therefore, an arrest warrant was issued for the star after he and his team failed to reply to repeated outreach from authorities and the venue. This arrest warrant and accompanying affidavit detailed a more chronic sequence of events.
Witnesses, as well as surveillance, alleged that the star seemed to be very intoxicated. He stumbled and fell backwards on stage and even destroyed his own guitar, threw the microphone, pushed his own band members, and spat at the security officer.
