Legendary Music Icon Clive Davis Passes Away

Tragic reports have confirmed the death of legendary music icon Clive Davis, who passed away at the age of 94.

The famous music executive was known for transforming the music industry for the better and assisting huge icons such as Whitney Houston, Bruce Springsteen, and Aretha Franklin. His loved ones confirmed that the hitmaker died peacefully at his residence on Monday in Manhattan.

Davis was popular as the man with the golden ears, who spent decades designing a musical empire that redefined the entire pop, R&B, and rock industry.

Clive Davis also served as head of Columbia Records in the 1960s and 1970s before founding Arista Records in 1974 and J Records in the year 2000. Davis was even famed for finding and signing superstar singer Whitney Houston while playing a crucial role in rolling out the careers of legends, including Alicia Keys, Barry Manilow, and even Bruce Springsteen.
