Hollywood superstar Robert De Niro was seen making some shocking comments about US President Donald Trump again.
During his recent appearance for Rise Up, Sing Out: A Concert for the First Amendment that was held in NYC, the star made it clear how he felt about the commander-in-chief.
The actor has been a long-time vocal critic of Trump, and managed to deliver a blistering speech addressing his feelings about patriotism and the nation's current state under the current administration.
De Niro explained to the audience how the phrase "We love our country" had become so hard for him to say. He then chose to compare it to blind modern patriotism and domestic abuse.
The White House was seen responding to De Niro, asking him not to act like a coward and spew hate speech across the board.
