Trump Foe Rosie O’Donnell All Set to Take Over ‘Late Night Show’ As Jimmy Kimmel Steps Back

Trump foe Rosie O'Donnell is all set to take over TV screens as the latest replacement for Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The news comes after Kimmel opted to take a step back and enjoy his two-month-long summer break from the show. He chose to hand over his star-studded rotation this time around to comedian Rosie, who is a close friend of the star. But the fact that Rosie could actually replace him is blowing people's minds, thanks to the beef she shares with President Trump.

Kimmel framed Rosie's upcoming stint as a special treat for Donald Trump, poking fun at the veteran host's nearly two-decade-long public feud between her and the country's commander in chief.

"I asked one of my all-time favorites to be here and keep the hits coming"- he shared during his monologue. He added a cheeky request to the president where he said: "Mr. President, all that I ask from you is don't do anything stupid while I am gone!'
