The White House has fired back at Ariana Grande after she demanded that they stop making use of her song from 2024 called Bye in an official TikTok video depicting Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arresting and handcuffing people.
White House rep Abigail Jackson strongly defended the video, labeling the criminals arrested by ICE, not the enforcement, as barbaric and inhumane.
The star's reaction arose when the White House put out a 14-second-long TikTok featuring muted, captioned footage of ICE agents featuring a track from the star. She publicly condemned the act and stated that it was unacceptable to use her tune against barbaric and inhumane content, expressing deep opposition to the agency.
Soon, the administration removed the audio from the video and deleted the star's comment as well.
