The neighbors of Top Gun: Maverick star James Hardy are breaking their silence about the late star's relationship with Wendy Gledhill.
The actor was fatally stabbed by his lover's son at the same property where they both lived. Wendy's son, Michael Gledhill, was arrested in connection with Handy's death, the LA Police Department shared.
They claimed that an individual called up the police and said they were the son of the deceased, and the reason for the murder was to get rid of an evil man of sin. He also made it clear to them when they arrived that it was he whom they were looking for.
Michael was charged with one count of murder, along with a special allegation that he personally made use of a deadly weapon in the form of a knife to carry out the crime.
Neighbors shared how the late star was one of the nicest and most humble individuals that they had ever come across. It's not clear to them why anyone would kill him in this brutal manner. They also shared how Handy lived with Wendy for nearly three years, but they did not know that Michael was also living with them.
