Shocking surveillance footage captured 44-year-old Michael Gledhill, who is the son of actor James Handy, calmly walking away from the Tarzana, California, residence where Handy was stabbed to death.
Both the suspect and the victim lived in the same home, sources shared. The 81-year-old star was found unconscious in his front yard with several stab wounds to the chest. Moments before he was found, the police shared more about how a caller dialed emergency services and mentioned more about how he was the killer and the son of the victim, and that he had killed a man of sin.
Gledhill was seen on the doorbell footage walking down the sidewalk, but he soon returned to the home and flagged down arriving officers, identifying himself as the person that they were searching for.
Gledhill is now booked into jail on suspicion of murder with a bail set at $2 million.
