Cassie moved out of America at some point after getting paid a massive $20 million paycheck from Diddy regarding her alleged abuse.
The star reportedly also has zero plans of moving back, insiders have confirmed.
The court declaration was attained by media outlets today, which was dated May 1, 2026, and filed by Cassie in her ongoing lawsuit against male escort Clayton Howard, where she mentioned that she resides outside America and has no plans of moving back to the USA.
At the time, Cassie was pregnant and living in New York last summer when she testified in Diddy's federal criminal trial. She also shared in the declaration how she's a US citizen and not a resident of California.
This declaration was reportedly filed in connection with the suit Howard filed against Cassie and Diddy in California. There has yet to be any discussion about where she might be living right now, but she did mention that it's easier for her to attend court and legal proceedings in New York, where her lawyers are.
