A married elementary school teacher has now been charged with sexual misconduct after she admitted to engaging in intimacy with a 16-year-old boy inside a pickup truck.
Mackenzie Naught was arrested at her residence in St. John on Sunday after her partner is said to have unraveled her affair.
The mother of one had intimacy with a boy in the early hours of May 3, as per court documents obtained. The teen whose family is friends with the Naughts mentioned more about how messaging was normal between the duo.
After Garrett fell asleep, he and Naught continued to talk on text. As per the police, the 25-year-old was getting very flirty and tried to get him to meet her, as per the records.
He agreed and picked her up from her street at about 2:15 am, and that's where the boy told Whitman County Sheriff's deputies about the matter.
Naught asked him to take her to a little location where they would hang out, so he drove her to Harwood Hill. They got intimate after kissing inside the truck, which also had a makeshift bed.
