Sarah Danh is all smiles in her latest update regarding her health.
Three weeks back, the 27-year-old bride returned back to the US on an emergency medical evacuation flight after she suffered from a sudden life-threatening decline to her health. This was for unknown reasons on the second day of her honeymoon, as shared. The couple reportedly went to Japan.
When Danh was first hospitalized overseas, doctors diagnosed her condition as one related to acute liver failure. This was among other alarming health conditions.
Still in a coma, she returned to her residence in Texas on April 21. At that moment in time, doctors identified severe bilateral brain damage and even issued a warning to the family that she might never be able to wake up or regain her regular function.
Now, she has regained consciousness and defied all the odds against her. Days later, she was off life support, breathing on her own, and even walking with assistance. Her family is calling this a major miracle.
