Blake Lively and the parties linked to Wayfarer Studios have recently reached a settlement that resolves all claims linked to their explosive legal war that's related to the movie It Ends With Us.
But it appears that the actress is still pursuing punitive damages and attorneys' fees in a remaining fight she said stems from a retaliatory lawsuit.
As per new documents filed in the court, Lively and the defendants executed a major settlement that's related to ending most of the sprawling litigation.
The filing mentioned how the parties have fully and finally resolved all of the claims in the consolidated action except for one remaining issue related to the California Civil Code.
That unresolved portion is mostly related to Lively's request for attorneys' fees, compensatory damages, treble damages, and punitive damages linked to what her legal team described as retaliatory legal action.
