A young couple from Pennsylvania who were sweethearts in high school are now both dead in a shocking and tragic murder-suicide incident that was carried out by the husband, less than two years after they got married.
Ryan Hosso gunned down his physician assistant wife, Madeline Spatafore, inside their home in Butler, Pa. This is right before he cowardly retreated into nearby woods, where he turned the gun on himself as per local media outlets.
His parents highlighted more about how there was some point between Spatafore's murder and his su*cide. During this short call, he confessed to killing his wife, whom he still considered his high school lover, and even threatened to take his own life as per the cops.
His parents reported his shocking behavior to the police at about 1 am on Tuesday. When officers responded to the scene, they found Spatafore dead inside the residence. Police then made use of thermal drones to locate Hosso's body inside the woods, as per local media outlets. His wife sustained multiple gunshot wounds, while he died from a single fatal injury.
