Kylie Jenner is getting sued by a former housekeeper who alleged that she was harassed while working at the reality star's residence.
Angelica Hernandez Vasquez mentioned in the court documents that were released that she was treated with hostility and exclusion by fellow staffers at the Jenners' home in Los Angeles. She also alleged that she was working in a toxic and abusive environment from September 2024 to August 2025.

Vasquez, who described herself in the court documents as a Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic, mentioned more about how she experienced discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on her race, origin, religion, and disability.
While Jenner isn't mentioned by name for any of the offensive behavior in this filing, she gets listed as a defendant along with firms Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services.

Reps for Jenner didn't immediately return any requests for comment on the matter. While she did raise her voice on the matter to the Kardashian star, she alleges that nothing was done.
