A woman was recently arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after her car hit a crowd of pedestrians in Central London during the early hours of Sunday morning.
A woman in her 30s was said to be in critical condition, and a man in his 50s also suffered from serious injuries after they were both hit by a car on Soho's Argyll Street in Westminster at about 4:30 am on Sunday.

The car's driver was arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, and dangerous driving and drink driving, after which he was rushed into custody.
