Singer D4vd has been arrested regarding the death of a 14-year-old girl named Celeste Rivas Hernandez. She was declared missing by her loved ones and then found inside the truck of the star's impounded Tesla back in September last year.
The LA Police Department shared how the arrest of the 21-year-old music artist, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is confirmed, and he's currently being held without any kind of bail.
The case would now be presented to the District Attorney's office on Monday for filing consideration, as confirmed by the LAPD.
The LA District Attorney's office mentioned in a statement how he's aware of the star's arrest and that the case is expected to be presented to the Major Crimes Division, at which point prosecutors would review the facts and evidence to see if there is sufficient proof to file a charge.
The news of the arrest comes about two months after the star was named a target of a grand jury probe.
