The 3-year-old boy who was slashed in the face by a knife-wielding wannabe kidnapper outside of a Nebraska Walmart is now out of surgery and recovering with his loved ones.
Police in Nebraska claim they had no choice but to fatally shoot a woman seen randomly slashing a toddler whom she had kidnapped from Walmart.
Little Cyler Hillman was reportedly sitting safely in his father's lap, wrapped in a blanket with a stuffed animal, with stitches on his face and hand, as per a family photo attained by KETV after Tuesday's incident.
His parents described the brave little boy as their little cowboy and mentioned how he would be making a full recovery, as per the media outlet.
The toddler was knifed in the face by a woman who was identified as 31-year-old Noemi Guzman, who was then fatally shot by the cops outside of the Omaha Walmart at about 9 am.
Guzman stole a knife in that store and confronted the child and caretaker in an aisle before forcing them through the store and into the parking lot, as per the cops.
