Bill Gates scheduled to testify to House Oversight committee in Jeffrey Epstein investigation

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and Donald Trump's Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick are among a few of the high-profile figures scheduled to testify to members of Congress investigating Jeffrey Epstein in the next few weeks.

Lutnick would be sitting for an interview with the House Oversight Committee on May 6, and Gates would be appearing on June 10, as per those sources who are familiar with this situation.

They happen to be among a host of prominent figures who continue to agree to sit for sworn interviews with lawmakers about the late sex offender and his alleged connections with a wider network of powerful abusers.

Gates had been summoned by the committee's Republican chair, James Comer, last month.

"Due to public reporting, documents shared by the Department of Justice, and documents attained by the Committee, the Committee believes you have data that would assist in this investigation,"- Comer mentioned to Gates.
