At the yearly White House event that was held on April 6, small strips of fake grass were put under a row of white colored benches as children and parents were both seen participating in story time.
The modern White House Rose Garden, which is one of the most cherished areas of the People's House, was envisioned under President Kennedy and his wife, Jackie, in the year 1961.
This used to be a natural green space that could host a number of high-level ceremonies across the central lawn.
