The blame game surrounding the terrifying Air Canada crash has taken a shocking new turn as new issues were recently raised.
Investigators continue to examine the exact moment that an Air Canada flight 8646 slammed into the fire truck on the runway of LaGuardia Airport on Sunday night in New York.
A major issue with the fire truck had since been raised, including concerns about the air traffic controller's midnight shift. As per authorities, there were two controllers in the tower when the plane crashed into the truck just before the clock struck midnight.
The firetruck was on the runway, responding to an issue with a completely different plane at the time.
A controller was heard frantically asking the truck to stop, moments before the plane collided with the vehicle.
