According to reports from local media outlets, the singer's security guard was accused of making the player cry, accusing the child of harassing and disrespecting the star's privacy.
The star has chosen to break her silence on the viral incident by sharing her side of the story through her social media account on Instagram.
This is the first time she's speaking out after receiving plenty of hate online from fans. "I am just going to tell you my half of the story of what happened on that day with a mother and child who were involved in a security guard incident"- she continued.
She explained how she never saw the woman and child, and no one came up to her, and no one bothered her.
He added that she was only sitting at breakfast at the hotel, and she assumed that these people were also staying in the same hotel as well. She apologized that the child broke down into tears, but reminded the soccer player that her security was in no way involved in this matter.
