A top-of-the-line influencer whose remains were found stuffed inside a suitcase and then buried might have been alive and fighting for her life when her sick killer did everything to try to disguise her remains, as per the cops.
32-year-old Stefanie Pieper was found with serious injuries on her face that might have arisen from trying to bludgeon her way out of the giant suitcase that soon became her coffin when she was buried last year.
"It's quite possible that she was still alive when she was put inside the suitcase," sources revealed.
"The autopsy couldn't determine when the young woman had passed away," the authorities revealed. However, they are not ruling out the fact that she might have been killed by strangulation beforehand.
Her body was reportedly found a week later than when she was actually suspected to have died.
She had last been seen alive in November of last year at a holiday themed party when she left and sent out a series of eerie texts.
