A woman is going viral after alleging that she was kicked off a flight for being deaf, but Frontier Airlines is sharing a completely different story that has left netizens confused about who is right in this situation.
The airline has since then disputed her allegations, accusing her of lying regarding her hearing disability.
Ashley shared her nightmare experience on TikTok, where her posted video went viral over the weekend.
She captioned the post with: 'Frontier Airlines kicked me off a flight because I am a deaf person who could not hear the flight attendant,' she exclaimed. The clip goes on to show Ashley being comforted by another person behind the camera and being reassured that she did nothing wrong whatsoever.
The crew member is seen speaking to the captain at the front of the jet. And then there is one point where the member informs Ashley that she needs to exit the plane, but the reason is not clear from this video. The airline says the passenger boarded with an open container that featured alcohol, calling it a violation of federal law.
