Iconic talk show host Oprah Winfrey is slamming trolls who criticized her for walking like a 90-year-old woman at the recently held Paris Fashion Week.
The 72-year-old television personality and her longtime pal Gayle King were seen stepping out together at the Chloe Fall/Winter 2026 runway show that was held in Paris. Shocking footage of the arrival at this event showed the celeb smiling while taking some very slow and tentative steps.
Her friend King could be seen trailing right behind her, also making it a point to walk in a careful manner.
As per Winfrey, the pair's entrance sparked some very unkind comments from the public online. And that didn't make the star happy.
Winfrey detailed how people dragged her and her friend for walking like they were old and haggard, similar to how 90-year-olds walk. Speaking on Instagram, she thought that was cruel and very unkind, urging the public to understand that they are just human at the end of the day.
Winfrey was seen resharing this clip as she went on to detail about how it all came down to the pair of shades that she happened to be wearing during that moment in time.
"My stylist handed me a pair of Chloe shades at the last moment. These are not prescription glasses, so it was hard to see in them,"- she continued.
The incident angered fans who rushed to the star's support and blasted trolls for the shocking behavior.
