North West is back with a bang, and the young 12-year-old is making headlines again with her striking sense of fashion. This time around, it’s her nails that had people talking and hoping she would get a sense of normalcy after the previous backlash she and her mother faced over the fake tattoos and piercings that many dubbed outrageous.
This time around, people had a hard time digesting her new and bold manicure that others called out as bizarre for obvious reasons. The incident sparked seriously mixed reactions online as the young child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West put her long square shaped blue nails on display. These came decked up with sharp metal spikes, studs of silver, not to mention tiny hoop rings that appeared like piercings linked to the nails directly.
The very dramatic design was produced by nail artists Akemi Santiago and Noehmi Saldana and was also seen in images posted on social media. Some of the nails also comprised famous Japanese characters that read North chan. This was a nickname linked to her entertaining projects. So many fans praised the youngster’s looked but critics again slammed the design, arguing that it was way too mature for someone her age.
