Former Nickelodeon star compares stillborn child to death of Charlie Kirk: ‘So much more impactful after’

Former Nickelodeon star Carlos PenaVega spoke about the loss of his stillborn daughter and was seen reflecting on how the tragedy could sometimes give rise to a mega impact after someone's death.

PenaVega and his partner, Alexa PenaVega, lost their fourth child, Indy Rex PenaVega, who was stillborn in April of 2024.

During a recent interview on the podcast for The Upload, the pair discussed more about how the grief and the entire experience altered their perspective on life and loss.

Alexa mentioned how, before the tragedy, they had supported friends who lost a child and struggled to fully comprehend the depth of pain. After losing the daughter, she mentioned how her understanding of grief became so much deeper.

Carlos added how some people's lives become even more influential after they pass away. While reflecting on that same thought, he added how their daughter, Indy, also referred to conservative MAGA activist Charlie Kirk. He suggested that the impact of their lives continued to grow after their deaths and inspired a lot of more people.
