At 67 years old, actress Jamie Lee Curtis grabbed plenty of attention with a bold Instagram post to support her goddaughter, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and the Bride!
Maggie's upcoming film was described as a punk feminist twist on Frankenstein. In this particular image, Curtis flashed a peek of her lacy bra while riding in a limousine in New York City, calling attention to both her money makers and the movie in her caption.
She then explained how wearing the Victoria's Secret piece was her way of showing immense pride in Maggie's work when she could not think of a better means to do it.
Maggie soon reacted to the gesture on the red carpet at the US premiere, calling Curtis a fairy godmother for going to such extreme lengths to back up her project and praise her longtime support.
As well as championing The Bride!, Curtis is currently in New York promoting her own new TV series, Scarpetta, in which she stars and which premieres on Amazon Prime later this month.
