K-pop supergroup BTS has officially reunited on a U.S. stage as a complete seven-member lineup for the first time in nearly four years, marking a major milestone in the group’s comeback era. The appearance took place during a special event in New York hosted by Spotify, where the members performed together and interacted closely with selected fans.
The performance carried strong symbolic meaning because it followed the group’s extended hiatus while members completed South Korea’s mandatory military service and focused on solo activities. Their reunion signals a new chapter as the group begins full-team promotions again in 2026.
Unlike BTS’s earlier stadium-scale concerts in the United States, the New York event was intentionally designed as a smaller, invitation-only gathering attended by about 1,000 top Spotify listeners. This format allowed fans to experience a more personal connection with the group during their first U.S. group performance since the Permission to Dance concert series in Las Vegas in 2022.

With all seven members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook back together on stage overseas, the event confirmed that BTS has fully transitioned from its break period into a new global promotion cycle.
