The 40-year-old superstar stepped out for a low-key walk with Polansky, 42, and their newborn in Northern California on Thursday, according to photos obtained by Page Six.
Gaga appeared to be embracing every moment of motherhood as she carried the tiny baby close to her chest in a carrier. She kept one hand protectively over the newborn as the family made their way down the street.
The "Poker Face" singer dressed casually for the outing in loose white pants and an oversized coat, completing her relaxed look with dark sunglasses and her hair pulled back.
Polansky was equally casual, walking beside Gaga in shorts, a hoodie, baseball cap and flip-flops. Gaga's agent, Alexandra Trustman, reportedly joined the couple for the stroll.
