Former Miss Universe Jamaica Finalist and Actress Dies at Age 35

A former Miss Universe finalist, actress, and dance instructor has passed away at the age of 35.

The Miss Universe organization confirmed her death in a heartbreaking statement that was shared on Instagram on Saturday, but a specific cause of death was yet to be released publicly.

Sources shared how she proudly represented her country of Jamaica and competed and advanced as a finalist in the 2024 national competition. She also won the Miss Jamaica Bikini International 2024 title.

The contestant continued her dedication to the entire pageant community by sharing support for the 2026 event earlier this year. Malcolm also worked in the entertainment industry for nearly a decade and starred in the famous Jamaican TV drama Sizzaz Kut and worked as a TV presenter. She also shared a true passion for movement as a professional instructor at the Encore Dance Studios.

Furthermore, she appeared on the Morning Show Smile Jamaica, just weeks before her death.
