6 people found dead inside Texas railroad boxcar

Six people were found dead inside a cargo train boxcar near the Laredo, Texas, rail yard on Sunday.

Officials confirmed the tragic news and spoke about how they had to respond after a Union Pacific employee called to report a trailer box car with the discovery of several casualties inside the car.

The ages of all the victims and the origin of the train were yet to be revealed to the public. Jose Baeza, who is an investigator with the Laredo Police Department, mentioned more about how the questions are at the crux of the ongoing fluid investigation.

The Webb County medical examiner would now be carrying out an autopsy to figure out the cause and manner of death, as confirmed by the cops. They also shared how the rail yard is miles long.

'Imagine a loading dock at the seaport, but for trains, he reminded in the phone interview. 'This is where they load and unload a lot of rail cars,'- the post revealed.
