Kelly Osbourne Reveals She Has Permanently Cut Ties With Her Sister Aimee

Kelly Osbourne has revealed that she has permanently cut ties with her older sister, Aimee Osbourne, saying she no longer believes the two can have a relationship.

Kelly, 41, opened up about the long-running family rift during an appearance on Paul C. Brunson’s “We Need to Talk” podcast. She described herself and Aimee, 43, as very different people and said their relationship had been strained for years.

Kelly said she felt that Aimee did not truly acknowledge her or their brother Jack while they were growing up. She also said she had developed resentment over the years and felt that Aimee seemed to do well when Kelly was struggling.

The sisters have long lived very different lives. Aimee chose not to appear on the family’s reality show, The Osbournes, which featured Kelly, Jack, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. She moved out of the family home at 16, choosing to stay away from the spotlight and build her own identity.

Despite their differences, the sisters did make a rare public appearance together in 2026 at the Grammys, where the Osbourne family came together to honor their father, Ozzy Osbourne, who died in 2025.

Kelly said that appearance did not change the situation between them. She made clear that she respects and accepts Aimee but does not believe a reconciliation is possible.

The latest comments give a rare public glimpse into one of the Osbourne family’s longstanding private conflicts. Kelly’s decision marks a significant break from any hope of repairing the relationship, despite the sisters’ shared family history.
