The 81-year-old actress and businesswoman attended the star-studded event, hosted by luxury real estate entrepreneur Marcel Remus at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzó.
Presley commanded attention in a floor-length red A-line gown featuring long sleeves and an elegant silhouette. She completed the look with a matching red crossbody bag and lipstick, while a moon-shaped necklace, rings and a black watch added subtle accessories.
Her dark red hair was styled with a center part, while her makeup featured pink blush and defined eyeliner.
The event brought together international celebrities for an evening celebrating luxury, lifestyle and entertainment.
Presley's appearance comes several months after the release of her memoir, Softly, As I Leave You: Life after Elvis, in which she reflects on her life, career and marriage to legendary singer Elvis Presley.
The rare outing gave fans another glimpse of Presley as she continues to make occasional public appearances following the publication of her memoir.
