Katie Price has revealed that she has personally spent only around £40,000 on cosmetic procedures, despite estimating she has undergone 30 to 40 surgeries over the years.

During an appearance on ITV's Price Of Perfection with Olivia Attwood, the former glamour model explained that many of her procedures were carried out free of charge because of promotional partnerships and her celebrity status. Katie said that although the total value of her surgeries would likely be far higher, she has only paid a fraction herself.

The television personality has previously undergone numerous cosmetic treatments, including multiple facelifts, breast augmentation surgeries, dental work and eye procedures. When Olivia Attwood heard Katie's estimate of spending just £40,000, she reacted with surprise, asking if that was really the total amount.
Katie also spoke candidly about how her attitude toward cosmetic surgery has changed over the years. She admitted that she now pays closer attention to the advice of qualified surgeons, explaining that not every procedure she wanted was appropriate or recommended.

In the interview, Katie reflected on years of criticism from family, friends and the public regarding her appearance. She acknowledged that she now believes she has body dysmorphia, admitting she often looks in the mirror and feels dissatisfied with how she looks, even after multiple procedures.
She said her goal is simply to feel happy with her appearance rather than to shock people. Katie also revealed that there were moments when she worried people stared at her because of the dramatic changes to her face, rather than because they admired her looks.
The interview offered a more personal insight into the emotional struggles behind years of cosmetic enhancements and the pressure that can come with living in the public eye.
