Princess Andre stepped out in London this week looking confident and completely put together — just days after breaking down in tears while talking about one of the most painful periods of her childhood on national television.

The 19 year old attended a lip gloss launch in London wearing a pink mini dress, joining a room full of other celebrities for the evening. She looked, by any measure, like someone who had decided to keep moving.

The appearance came shortly after she and her brother Junior, 21, sat down with their mother Katie Price for her new Sky documentary Katie Price: Nothing To Hide. What they shared stopped a lot of people.

Both siblings opened up about what life was like when Katie spiralled into depression and developed a cocaine addiction following the collapse of her third marriage. Princess was ten years old at the time. Junior was thirteen. Their younger siblings Jett and Bunny were three and four.

Princess described how her mother would give her a blanket sprayed with her perfume as a substitute for her presence. She would go home, cuddle the blanket, and cry alone. Junior recalled waking up at 3:30 in the morning to loud noises while waiting in his mother's bed for her to come home. He remembered trying to figure out which foods were microwavable so he could feed his siblings for dinner.

Katie has since acknowledged that her children did not have the mother they needed or wanted during that period.
Princess Andre stepped out this week in pink. She looked like her mother. She looked like herself. She looked like someone choosing to move forward anyway.
