At first glance, all three look completely authentic. They are wearing identical navy blue uniforms, duty belts, and official-looking peaked caps. However, as the hint in the original post's text points out, "The clue is smaller than you think."
To uncover the imposter, you have to closely inspect their badges and pockets.
Officer 1 looks standard and alert.
Officer 3 looks serious and completely in uniform.
Officer 2, however, has two major giveaways. First, he is holding a takeaway coffee cup while on duty, which is a common trope for an unbothered civilian. More importantly, look closely at his left breast pocket. He is wearing a prominent clip-on ID badge that explicitly reads "VISITOR - Security Training."
An actual, sworn officer on duty would never wear a "visitor" pass to a security briefing on their official uniform. Therefore, Officer 2 is the undeniable imposter!
