The father of 18-year-old Anna Kepner is breaking his silence after the killer of his daughter on a Carnival Cruise was charged in connection with the crime.
The family was said to have gone on a holiday together, but the vacation took a tragic end when Anna was found stuffed under her bed by the cleaner inside her cabin.
