David Beckham shares heartbreaking tribute to estranged son Brooklyn after he covered up his tattoo tributes to his family amid feud

Former footballer David Beckham has shared what fans are referring to as a subtle tribute to his estranged son, Brooklyn Beckham, even as tensions between them escalate.

David posted images on his Instagram of his extensive collection of football boots, most of which have Brooklyn's name embroidered on them, alongside the names of his other kids.

This came shortly after Brooklyn appeared to cover up a tattoo honoring his dad, replacing the term Dad with abstract shapes and removing ink that was dedicated to other members of his family amid the current family dispute.

Brooklyn has publicly chosen to distance himself from his parents, accusing them of interfering in his life and marriage to his wife Nicola, and stating clearly how he has no intentions of reconciling.

He also covered up tattoos of his siblings and parents, keeping only those linked to his partner.

David's post was seen by many as a silent message of love despite the feud, which has played out mostly on social media. The bigger situation reflects deep strains in the Beckham family, with supporters on both sides and ongoing public interest linked to whether they could ever end up fixing the broken bond.
